He is currently a Strategic Recruitment Consulting Leader for LinkedIn, where he is responsible for helping Talent Acquisition leaders in the world’s largest companies leverage the confluence of technology, marketing and recruitment to connect people with opportunities around the world on a massive scale.

Prior to his position with LinkedIn, Ryan served as Director of Global Recruitment Operations for CH2M HILL, where he was responsible for identifying and implementing strategic enhancements to the firm’s talent acquisition technology and marketing portfolio for the purpose of maximizing recruitment capabilities globally.
